Mediation
Mediation refers to an alternative dispute resolution mechanism that enables the parties to reach a solution that is suitable to each party.
Here the parties essentially decide the suitable solution for them and enter into an agreement as in when they arrive it with the help of the mediator. This essentially means that the entire decision making power resides with the parties. Also, in some cases, the Court refer certain matters for mediation.
